NEW SWORD® SS01 

The SS01 has been redefined. Our swivel shears have always led the way when it comes to ergonomic design, and this model has just been upgraded. Our double swivel action shears are now created with Nano Powder Metal®, feature a ball bearing system instead of a dial for the screw, and come with a less severely angled tang design. 

The blades of these shears are thin which makes it great for precision cutting. These thin blades however, created with Nano Powder Metal® make them a great tool for blunt cutting at longer lengths providing a buttery cutting experience. The blade of the SS01 comes to a narrow tip and is thin, which makes it ideal for use as a precision shear at “5.7in. The “6.2 or “6.7 is recommended if you are in the market for a tool with more power.  

It is our experience of over a century of blacksmithing that allows for a creation such as this one. The “ swivel “ shear is about as detail oriented as a scissor for cutting hair can get.
